1. Definitions

"Victory" refers to the Victory
Consultancy Pty Ltd which providing services to the clients.

"Client" refers to the individual seeking education
and migration services.
·
"Visa" refers to the official document that
allows the client to enter, stay, or work in Australia for a specified period.
· “Education Services” refers to the support provided by
Victory Consultancy to help clients’ access educational opportunities,
including assistance with course selection and enrollment processes.
·
“Migration Services” refers to professional assistance in
navigating visa applications and immigration regulations for relocating to Australia.
·
"Confidential Information" refers to any personal, financial,
or sensitive data shared between the client and the agent during services.
2.
Client
Agreement

Client
agrees to appoint Victory as the official agent to handle education and
migration applications.
3. Agent Representation
- Victory will act as a representative for the client during
the application and enrollment process but will not make final decisions on
behalf of the client. Clients remain responsible for making decisions that align
with their needs and goals.
4. Consent to Contact
- The client consents to Victory contacting them via phone,
email, or other means for updates and service-related communications.
5. Fees and Payments:
- Client will adhere to the payment schedule as agreed upon,
including any deposits or installment plans.
- Payments made to Victory are non-refundable in the event of
a change of mind.
- In the case of applications that require special handling
or face particular challenges, Victory reserves the right to charge additional
fees.
- Fees will still be charged if there is a refusal from the
immigration authorities.
6. Information Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete
information during the application process; Victory will verify the
authenticity of all documents and reserves the right not to submit any
fraudulent documents.
- Clients must promptly notify Victory of any changes in
their personal situation that may affect the application, such as a change of
address, employment status, or health condition.
7. Documents Authority

Victory
reserves the right to sort the documents deemed necessary and unnecessary to be
provided to Immigration.

Victory
reserves the right to request additional documents if necessary to fulfill
application requirements.
8. No Guarantee of Success
- Victory
cannot guarantee the success of the visa application; however, Victory always
does its best by providing advice to enhance the chances of approval and
providing complete documents. Nevertheless, the final decision rests with the
Immigration authorities.
9.
Processing visa
- The decision regarding whether the application is granted
or not by Immigration can vary for each client, and the visa processing time is
unpredictable. Victory will continue to provide the latest updates as soon as
possible.
10. Privacy Policy
- Client personal information will be kept confidential and
will not be shared with third parties without the client's consent.
11. Follow-Up
Services
- Victory will provide follow-up services after
enrollment, including assistance with accommodation and guidance on applying
for the next visa.
12. Dispute
Resolution
- In case of any disputes, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the
matter amicably before seeking external mediation.
By using Victory services, clients are deemed to have read, understood
and agreed to these terms and conditions.
